Deze stof is gemaakt van 95% katoen en 5% elasthaan. De achterzijde van de stof voelt zacht aan en heeft kleine haartjes (brushed). Daardoor een erg comfortabele stof. Een french terry zit qua dikte tussen de katoenen tricot en jogging in. Deze stof is geschikt voor het maken van een jurk, rok of bijvoorbeeld een sweater. Ook leuk voor home decoratie.
