Ordering from Driessen Stoffen:
Have you selected a fabric? Then please enter the required number of metres in the "number of metres" field.
It is possible to order fabrics that are 0.5 metres or more in length. Once you have filled this field in, click on the pink "add to shopping cart" link. Your fabric has now been added to the shopping cart. Have you finished shopping? Then click on the blue "checkout" link.
Making payments to Driessen Stoffen:
After you have clicked on the 'checkout' link, you will be directed to our payment option menu. If you are a new customer, click on the blue link "proceed to checkout." Next a screen will appear where you can fill in your details. Here you are also able to choose from various shipping and payment options.
On the right-hand side of this page you will see a summary of the fabrics that you have ordered. If you have filled in everything correctly, click on the blue "order" link. If you are already an existing customer with Driessen Stoffen, you may log in with your username and password. This way you will only have to register your details once.
Shipping from Driessen Stoffen:
Your package will be sent using the DPD parcel service. Delivery rates can be found in the "shipping costs" table below. We will start processing your order immediately after you have placed it. We aim to ship your order within 4 - 6 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
Although our prices are low, we will pay the delivery costs if your order is more than €50. This only applies to deliveries within the Netherlands.

Please note: you may monitor your package via the email with the track and trace code that we will send you. Once your package is delivered to a DPD parcel store, you have 7 days to collect it from there. We are required to charge you a return fee if you do not pick up your package on time, as we incur shipping costs if we need to resend the package. We are also unable to refund the purchase amount of your order. This also applies to incorrect address details. Please check all your details so that DPD is able to deliver the package correctly and do not have to return it to us.
Ordering samples from Driessen Stoffen:
We offer the option to order a fabric sample of each fabric. When you have selected the fabric, click on the "order fabric sample" link. Your fabric sample will be added to the shopping cart. Ordering a fabric sample costs € 0.99 per fabric sample. This includes the delivery costs.
Returns to Driessen Stoffen:
It is not possible for us to return fabrics that have been made to measure.
In case you have received a totally different colour or type of fabric than you had ordered, we shall of course, resolve this. You can then get in contact with us via the contact form. Please include your order number.
We have taken great care when it comes to photographing our fabrics. We have used a professional photo studio for this purpose. However, the colour of the fabric may vary per screen. If you are unsure about the colour or quality of a fabric, we offer you the option of ordering a fabric sample.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order up until 14 (calendar) days after receival without providing a reason.
Please note: this only applies to products that are not made to measure. Made-to-measure items are exempt from the right of withdrawal and consequently cannot be returned.
You will be credited the full amount of your order including the original shipping costs within 14 days, provided you have returned the items in mint condition. You are only liable for the cost of returning these goods. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, then the product should be returned to Driessen Stoffen together with all of the accessories supplied and in the original condition (if this applies) within 14 days after you have registered this return.

If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to register your complaint for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur (a Dutch association for web shop quality & control). As of 15 February 2016 it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission. The ODR platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled anywhere else, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
