Order

Have you found a fabric? Then you can enter the desired number of meters at "number of meters." It is already possible to order from 0.50 meters. Fabrics up to €4 can be ordered from 1 meter. Once you have filled this in, click on the pink button "add to cart." Your fabric is now added to your shopping cart. Are you done shopping and have you checked your order? Then click on the button "proceed to order." We cannot make any changes after you have placed your order. Your order will be processed as you have ordered it.

  • If you have received the wrong fabric, you can contact us via the contact form. Please mention your order number in the form and attach a photo of the incorrect fabric. We will then find a suitable solution for you as soon as possible.

  • If you are missing a fabric from your order, you may have received an email about it. First, check your spam box. Haven't received an email? Then contact us via our contact form. Please include your order number and the fabric you are missing. We will resolve this with you promptly.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a fabric or product to an order that has been placed. Once the payment is completed and the order is placed, it is immediately processed in our warehouse. We can no longer remove the order from the logistics process.

  • If you have received a fabric that is defective or short, you can contact us via our contact form. Please mention your order number and add photos of the defect/shortage. We can then resolve this quickly with you.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot change the fabric or product on an order that has been placed. Once the payment is completed, it is immediately processed in our warehouse. Logistically, we can no longer organize this.

  • When you click on 'my environment' you can log in to our site. Here you will find all the information about your order.

  • When you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Have you not received it? Then please check if you have entered your email address correctly when placing your order and contact us via the contact form.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine placed orders. Once the order is placed, it is processed in our warehouse. The orders are printed separately and distributed logistically. Therefore, merging them is no longer feasible logistically.

Pay

After clicking the 'proceed to order' button, you will be taken to the 'start ordering' screen. Here you can log in, create an account, or order without an account. Then you go to the page to choose between pickup or shipping. Choose what applies to you here. Filled everything in? Click on order and pay. You will now be redirected to our payment system 'multisafepay'. Choose the right payment method that suits you.

  • This means that the payment for your order did not go through successfully. The order will therefore not be processed. Please contact us via our contact form. We are happy to assist you in completing this payment.

Products

We offer the possibility to order a fabric sample of any fabric. Once you have found the fabric, click on the "order fabric sample" button. Your fabric sample will be added to the shopping cart. The cost for ordering this is €0.99 per fabric sample. If you only order fabric samples, an additional €1.99 (the same in all countries) will be charged for shipping.

  • If the desired product is temporarily out of stock, you can leave your email address with this product. You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact delivery time. This varies per product.

  • When you are looking for a specific color fabric/product, we recommend that you first order a fabric sample. This prevents you from ordering several meters of fabric that do not meet your expectations. Because the fabrics are cut to size, it is not possible to return them. If you have received the wrong fabric, we will resolve this for you.

Send

Your package will be shipped with DPD. You can find the shipping costs below in the "shipping costs" table. Immediately after placing your order, we will get to work. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email. During busier periods, we will mention the current delivery time on the contact page.

Extra Information
Through the email we send with the track and trace code, you can monitor your package. If your package is delivered to a DPD parcel shop, you have 7 days to pick it up. If you have not picked up the package, return costs will be charged to us, which means we are forced to charge shipping costs if we need to send the package again. We also cannot refund the purchase amount of your order. This also applies to incorrect address details. Please check all your details so that DPD can deliver the package correctly and not have to return it to us.

If you have chosen the wrong country and we are therefore unable to ship your package, the order cannot be refunded. The order has already been processed and is ready for shipping. This is the responsibility of the customer.

NOTE! We do not deliver to French islands. If you still place an order for a French island, we can no longer cancel your order. The amount of your package cannot be refunded because the order has already been custom-cut for you. The order will also not be shipped because we cannot deliver to the French islands. 

  • When you see the following:

    This package is not in the DPD database. 
    The possible reasons could be: 

    • The entered package label number is incorrect
    • The package label number is older than ninety days and has already been stored in the archive. 
    • The package has not yet been handed over to DPD.

    This means that your package has been prepared for shipment but has not yet been registered with DPD.

    Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code. It may be that the package has not yet been registered with DPD, resulting in little to no information available about your package. If you still do not see any further information after 3 days, please contact us.

  • On Saturdays, we do regularly pack orders. However, DPD does not pick up on Saturdays. Therefore, your order will be picked up by DPD on Monday, and more information about your shipment will be available thereafter. It takes approximately 2-3 days for your order to be delivered.

  • The ordered fabrics/products will be shipped by us within 3-4 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the DPD track and trace. You can track your package using this code. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and ensure that you are at home.

    Note: When there is an official holiday, a working day will be canceled.

Return

It is not possible for us to return fabrics that have been cut to size. If you have received a completely different color or type of fabric, we will of course resolve this. You can contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number.

We have taken great care in photographing our fabrics. For this, we have used a professional photo studio. However, the color of the fabric may vary per screen. If you are unsure about the color/quality of the fabric, we offer you the option to order a fabric sample.

Cancelling at Driessen Stoffen
It is not possible for us to cancel a placed and paid order. Once your order is paid, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse and processed. It is not logistically possible for us to cancel it.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason.

Note! This only applies to products that are not cut to size. Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days, provided you return the items in good condition. Only the costs for returning are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to driessenstoffen.nl with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition, within 14 days after registering the return.

We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.

  • It is not possible for us to return custom-cut fabrics. If you have received a completely different color or type of fabric, we will of course resolve this. You can fill out our contact form for this. Please include your order number and add a photo.

B2B sales

If you need materials for your company, it is also possible to order from us. You will receive a VAT invoice via email after paying for your order. You can process this invoice in your accounting to reclaim the paid VAT. For foreign companies, it is possible to order from us without VAT. You enter your complete company details along with your VAT number. After verification, VAT will not be applied to your invoice (intra-community supply). The prices displayed on our website include the VAT rate applicable in your own country.
